Hello Ontario mamas and papas!
You are eligible for a free Baby Box if you are an Ontario resident who is currently expecting or has a baby younger than 3 months of age.
This is the 2016-2017 Ontario Baby Box pattern.
We distribute free Baby Boxes via a simple 3-step program.
STEP ONE: REGISTER ON BABY BOX UNIVERSITY
The first step is to register on Baby Box University at www.babyboxuniversity.com as an Ontario resident. Please note that we are not affiliated with Baby Box Canada and do not ship samples directly to your home. We provide safe-sleep Baby Boxes that comply with Health Canada's bassinet standard. Our Baby Boxes do come with free products for baby care and development, but the primary purpose of our program is to provide a safe sleep space for all infants regardless of socioeconomic status and to engage as many parents as possible in our supportive community.
Babies typically outgrow the Baby Box at around 6 months of age.
STEP TWO: GET YOUR COMPLETION CERTIFICATE
Your local health experts have been working hard to put together the information and activities they feel will best support Ontario parents. Once you register on www.babyboxuniversity.com with an Ontario postal code, please click on "Select Your Syllabus", locate the "Ontario Canada" Syllabus, once you see "Ontario Syllabus -- the Intro to Parenthood 101" click the orange button below that says "Begin Syllabus"
CLICK “SIGN UP” IF YOU ARE A FIRST TIME USER OR “LOG IN” IF YOU ARE ALREADY REGISTERED.
THE ONTARIO SYLLABUS WILL LOAD WHEN YOU CLICK THE “LEARN MORE" BUTTON. FOLLOW THE STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS AND COMPLETE THE SYLLABUS.
The Ontario syllabus will take approximately 10 minutes to complete online and, once finished, snap a screen shot of your completion certificate or print it out, either will be accepted by the distribution centre. To find the distribution centre closest to you, please go to https://www.thebabyboxes.com/country-distribution-centers/canada Please note that the map is best viewed on a desktop/laptop and it does take a moment to load as it contains all of our wonderful distribution sites across the Country.
STEP THREE: COLLECT YOUR BABY BOX
Baby Boxes are now available for pick up in your Province! This means that you should contact the distribution centre closest to you and make arrangements to take your completion certificate in to claim your free Baby Box.
