New Collection: Elephants on Parade!
Drumroll, please... We are very excited to announce the launch of our new collection -- Elephants on Parade! As much as we loved our Classy Owls, we are thrilled to be moving forward with this absolutely adorable print featuring elephants, one of our all-time favorite animals. We feel a special kinship with African elephants in particular -- did you know that their pregnancies last 22 months, the longest of any land mammal? We can completely relate, since our pregnancies certainly felt as though they lasted for 2 years! Some elephants even induce labor by self-medicating with certain plants. And with pregnancies that long, can you blame them?? We also love that baby elephants suck their trunk for comfort (aww), and their mothers selectively appoint babysitters to care for the baby so that she has time to eat enough to produce sufficient milk. Smart ladies!
