BRANDYWINE COUNSELING AND COMMUNITY SERVICE AND THE BABY BOX CO. LAUNCH PROGRAM TO IMPROVE MATERNAL AND INFANT HEALTH
WILMINGTON, DE - JUNE 2016 – Brandywine Counseling and Community Services (BCCS) announced that they will be providing Baby Boxes to provide a safe sleep space for newborns, filled with educational materials and physician-recommended childcare products to expecting and new parents. The Baby Boxes are produced by The Baby Box Co., the only supplier of internationally tested Baby Boxes safe-certified for distribution through institutions like hospitals, insurance companies and government agencies.
ONTARIO PROVINCE IS LAUNCHING A BABY BOX PROGRAM TO PROVIDE SAFE SLEEP RESOURCES TO NEW PARENTS
TORONTO, CANADA - MAY 2016 – The Baby Box Co, the company that distributes internationally safe-certified Baby Boxes filled with educational materials and physician-recommended childcare products to expecting and new parents, today announced that a universal Baby Box program is launching in Ontario with the first Baby Boxes to be distributed in August 2016. Ontario will become the largest Baby Box program in the world with over 145,000 Baby Boxes to be distributed to Ontario families in year one of the program.
TEMPLE UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL TO PROVIDE FREE BABY BOXES TO MOTHERS OF NEWBORNS IN ORDER TO PROMOTE SAFE NEWBORN SLEEP
PHILADELPHIA, PA - APRIL 2016 – North Philadelphia has one of the highest infant mortality rates in the United States with many babies born into poverty and to young mothers who do not have adequate resources to care for a newborn. As a way to address these issues, Temple University Hospital (TUH) will be providing baby boxes – which are functioning bassinets complete with a sheet and mattress as well as essential baby supplies – free-of -charge to all mothers who deliver at the hospital. It’s all part of a new program aimed at addressing the common high risk behaviors associated with infant mortality.
THE BABY BOX CO. ANNOUNCES FIRST AUSTRALIAN PILOT PROGRAM TO DELIVER 500 BABY BOXES IN VICTORIA
AUSTRALIA - FEBRUARY 2016 – The Baby Box Co. is delighted to announce its first Australian pilot program. The program will distribute 500 Baby Boxes via The Babes Project – helping to highlight the company’s commitment in educating parents to practice safe sleep.
