They guide and evaluate our educational content to make sure we’re giving parents credible, complete information from pregnancy through early childhood.

Dyan Daley
Pediatrician, Founder & CEO, Predict-Align-Prevent

A practicing pediatric anesthesiologist, Dyann Daley, M.D., is the founder and CEO of Predict-Align-Prevent. Her original research revealed suffocation in an unsafe, unsupervised sleep environment as a main cause of maltreatment-related death for infants ages 0-12 months. By identifying geospatial clustering of infant and child deaths related to chronic population exposure and adversity, she has successfully created prevention initiatives for child maltreatment by addressing core risk factors.

Dr. Kecia Gaither
Pediatrician, Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center

A women’s health advocate and expert, Kecia Gaither, M.D., M.P.H., is a double board certified physician in OB-GYN and Maternal Fetal Medicine. Her list of accomplishments includes being appointed to the HIV Planning Council of NY and being named one of America's Top Obstetricians by the Consumers Research Council of America. Dr. Gaither serves on the medical advisory board of NATERA, PWN Health, and is a liaison to The Association of Black Cardiologists, addressing heart disease in pregnancy.

Dr. Mary Mason
Chief Medical Officer and Senior VP, Centene Health

Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer for the Specialty Companies at Centene, Mary Mason, M.D. completed her medical training at Washington University in St. Louis. She also received her MBA from the University’s Olin School of Business, where she currently teaches Health Policy. In her free time, Dr. Mason is a volunteers at Casa de Salud, which delivers clinical and mental health services for uninsured and underinsured patients, focusing on immigrants and refugees.

Celina Cunanan, CNM
Director of Midwifery, University Health Care System

Certified by the American Midwifery Certification Board, Celina Cunanan earned her master’s degree in nurse-midwifery from Case Western Reserve University. An experienced midwife, she serves the community of Cleveland, Beachwood, and Mayfield Heights, Ohio, as part of UHMG OBGYN and her affiliation with University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center. Cunanan is an expert at explaining patient conditions and trusted for providing high-quality care for positive and lasting health outcomes.

Lee Shaughnessy
Director of Children’s Programming, Rocky Mountain Children’s Health Foundation

The Director of Programs for Rocky Mountain Children's Health Foundation, Lee Shaughnessy is responsible for coordinating non-medical support services to pediatric patients and their families. She has spent 30 years working in nonprofits, 10 years in patient education, and 8 years in stroke education. She also participated in a National Library of Medicine grant to develop a health and medicine website, as well as promoted organ, eye and tissue donation for the Donor Awareness Council.

Lulu Zhao
ob-gyn, University Health Care System

An expert on contraception, menopause management, premenstrual syndrome, women's reproductive mental health, and perinatal substance abuse, Dr. Zhao earned her medical degree from Augusta University. She completed her OB-GYN residency at University Hospitals, Cleveland Medical Center, as well as a fellowship in women’s mental health at the University of Michigan Medical Center. Aside from her practice, Dr. Zhao is an assistant professor at the Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine.
